SERVPRO was great! Easy to contact and set-up an appointment. Daury was fantastic, assessed everything, explained the process in detail, contacted the dry cleaners, contacted the gc, and worked directly with the insurance adjuster. Our experience with SERVPRO Boston was excellent. They sent a supervisor out the day I called and machines were delivered to our home the following day. They came within the time frame promised, and phoned with a 15 min we are on our way. They were thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
